LINCOLN COURT

Set on a prominent corner beside Bush Hill Park, this mixed-use scheme reimagines a familiar local site as a confident new presence in Enfield. The design brings together 23 carefully designed residential units in conjunction with new public house facilities, anchoring the building firmly in community life while introducing a contemporary architectural identity. The five-storey form is carefully composed to sit comfortably between neighbouring terraces and larger housing blocks, using a richly textured brick palette and finely detailed facades that nod subtly to the area’s Victorian heritage. With generous views over the park, active street frontages and a strong sense of craft, the project balances civic presence with domestic scale, offering a modern landmark that feels rooted in its surroundings.
