Depending on the project, our role can extend from developing the brief and assembling the consultant team through design coordination, procurement, construction and completion. We establish clear responsibilities and programmes, coordinate information and decision-making across the team, monitor progress and emerging risks, and help manage the interfaces between design, cost, programme and construction. Throughout, we act as a central point of contact for the client, maintaining momentum while keeping the original design intent and wider project objectives in view.
