SHORE ROAD WAREHOUSE APPROVAL

We have recently been granted full planning approval for the refurbishment of, and rooftop extension to, an existing 20th Century warehouse. The existing building demonstrates clear architectural reference to the Art Deco style, but is in a poor state of disrepair. This proposal revitalises the existing building through careful facade improvements that, whilst retaining the original building design cues, also brings the building up to modern day standards.
