Kyson has achieved planning for a rear extension and loft conversion of a family house in Repton Park, Woodford Green. The works provide generous living areas and open plan kitchen / dining. An external seating area, continued in matching architectural language, spills into the garden, blurring the line between interior and exterior. Soft coloured sandstone and concrete is proposed for the façade to tie in with the Victorian buildings of the wider estate.
