Kyson collaborated with renowned interior designer Anouska Hempel on this fashionable boutique restaurant in South Kensington as part of the global Blakes Hotel chain which provides fine living with a sense of theatre and panache.

Our involvement saw the reconfiguration of the ground floor and basement to introduce a new restaurant, kitchen, bar and back of house facilities.
