Set on an elevated site within High Beech Village, this new 8,200 sq ft family home has far-reaching views across Epping Forest towards the London skyline.

Following three refused planning applications and an unsuccessful appeal, we were appointed to reconsider the scheme, subtly refining the architecture to better respond to the site, local context and client brief. Working alongside a specialist planning consultant, consent was subsequently secured at appeal.
