SHINGle hall house

The principle of redevelopment of previously developed land is well established in the Green Belt. As such, great consideration has been taken in the development and design of this scheme which sees the replacement of existing mass and volume in the form of two new dwellings.

Both dwellings were designed to ensure they were not out of character in the rural setting, and did must not have a negative effect on the openness of the Green Belt.
