Brick Street, MAYFAIR

Brick Street sees the renovation and extension of an historic late-Georgian terrace in Mayfair. The house had previously changed to commercial use. To respect the rich architectural heritage of the Mayfair Conservation Area in which it sits, the project involved the sensitive part-conversion of the house back to its original use as a residential dwelling. Internally, exposed historic floorboards and timber beams were offset against a neutral, modern material palette.
